why do i still not know how to do some of the ones i got wrong?
eughh. graphing suckssss ewww.
quick review:
- odd/even functions (plugging in the x as a negative x instead, and if it comes out positive, it's even, if not then odd or neither)
- symmetry (same thing.. except you can plug in a negative y. to see what axis, make the opposite negative (like if its testing for symmetry along x axis, then make the y negative)
* need to review* reciprocol functions - finding intercepts (how did i not get this?) , asymtotes, increasing/decreasing intervals (no notes on this?) , and point of intersection between original and it's reciprocol function.
