ugh really, virgin mobile?

So i have the student promotion my 10 plan. you have unlimited talk and text to any 10 local numbers. You can change these people once a month.

SO I DID. I changed a number, and then I proceeded to text that person many times during the month. I also received an email confirming the change (including the numbers I switched).

Then, one month later, I went to change a number again. (online).... so I went, and i checked out what numbers were there already, and thought about who to change them to.. when I noticed that the new number I had previously added the month before WASNT THERE. so i freaked out. I checked that the email was still there, with the right number... and then checked the list of numbers that it said i could text to and it wasnt there! wtf. so i was like, okay.. i better not get charged for this.


I DID GET CHARGED. i got the e-bill today..... i got charged 7.50 more than i should have. ugh wtf. seriously? So I went to check out the bill summary, where they tell you who you called, or who called you , and who you texted/received texts from...and there were numbers for the voice calls, but no numbers for text. SO NOW I CANT EVEN GO TELL THEM THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR A NUMBER THAT I ALREADY HAD ON MY PLAN. -_- cauz they'd be like "oh how do you know that we charged you wrong? the e bill doesnt even show the numbers, so you cant know." WELL I KEEP TRACK. I KNOW EVERY TIME I TEXT SOMEONE THAT I DONT HAVE TEXT WITH!@!@!@!@! ughhhh. im  asian, so I SAVE MONEY every chance i get, and i keep track of how many times i texted someone who wasnt on my plan. ugh. so what do i do? their system probably has the number i texted, but will they look for it? and then see the email they sent me confirming that i did change it? wtf am i supposed to do? what is wrong with this phone company. i'm switching as soon as my plan's over (summer).


rant over. still angry.
