I'm about to pull off the one that i got today from my doctor when he took out my blood. the cotton ball is still there. i am wondering how much blood will be on that piece of cotton. lol. and whether or not i have healed by now. it has been 15 hours since he took my blood out.
My mom told me a story today, over lunch after my xray, about when I had my blood taken out when I was little, or when I was getting a vaccination (one or the other). Apparantly, my doctor thought that since we were kids, we would like the bandaids with cute pictures on them (like hello kitty, or some other kiddie bandaids), so he tried to put one on me. I saw it coming. and i made a fuss about how i wanted that ugly bandaid AWAY. I wanted the serious, real type of bandaid, not some silly little kid's bandaid! what a professional kid i was. lol
Also, when I was little, I hated having bandaids removed. It hurt! I always had this fear that my skin would tear off along with the bandaid. so i would always run away from my parents when they were trying to take the bandaid off. i would always keep the bandaid on until it came off by itself. lol so gross eh.
