Fried Rice

I decided to make dinner for my mom& dad.. cauz they're coming home late.... lolll my mom told me that she had rice already, and theres left over stuff in the fridge. So I decided to make fried rice. I have never made fried rice before. lol sighhhh the rice didnt exactly "fry" the way i wanted it to because i put in the leftover tofu dish D= blahhhhh and now its too moist to fry. sigh. now it looks nasty lol but i bet it tastes good =D


okay.. so my mom just got home... she asked me where the fried rice was. i pointed to the corning ware... she opened it........ and her facial expression was so confused. Then, she said " why is it like this?" heheheha oh dear...... D= then she muttered to herself "oh man, i dont know if we can eat that"  D= lolo ahahahh okay so. i am a great cook! i've only screwed up ... 25% of what i've made! =D right thats not bad! lollol you cook and you learn!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D
